I love searching for new websites to browse. Tonight, I went searching for one for you. For you. Because I love you. Want some healthy inspiration? There are some out there who believe that “clean eating” is the best way to go. Some even say that if you cut out all of the processed, unnatural foods in our diet, you can pretty much eat whatever you want. Basically, the thought is that the pure foods are way more satisfying and nutritious and you’ll want less. There are also many who say processed foods and sugars are highly addictive, almost like a drug.
