This week’s feature website is called Eighty Twenty. It’s written by Lindsay Kay Kordick, who is a registered dietitian and an ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist. Lindsay’s blog promotes health and wellness, while also keeping in mind that we are all HUMAN. She understands that sometimes, you just need some chocolate.
The blog’s title, Eighty Twenty, is based on the thought that you should choose healthy options 80% of the time and indulge a little (not go crazy) 20% of the time. She labels her recipes as either “80” or “20” recipes.
Lindsay also features links to interesting articles and fitness-related products.
I’ve only been reading this blog for a few weeks, but it has quickly become one of my favorites!
