Well, actually, I mean love it as in put it in your hands, whisper sweet nothings, and give it a good massage! Kale is a super strong, somewhat bitter leaf. You can cook it slowly to soften it and add some sweetness. But, if you want to keep it raw, you can MASSAGE it. You read that right.
I first saw it HERE on Food Lush. You massage it with olive oil. Food Lush references the LA Times, which gives more detailed instructions. Squeeze it, rub some oil in, salt it, and enjoy! I’m going to try this very soon!
