It all starts tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, we start another round tomorrow. Excited? I am! Today would be an excellent time to:

* Take before photos (straight on and profile)

* Take some body measurements (sometimes you see results in inches before you see them on the scale!)

* Set a healthy goal for yourself (something reasonable for 3 months)

* Set a healthy, non-weight-specific goal for yourself (Walk for 15 minutes per day, eat 5 veggies per day, etc.)

* Choose a way to track your calories/nutrition (your own spreadsheet, sparkpeople.com, myfitnesspal.com, etc.)
