When you think of smoothies, what do you think of? Raspberries? Strawberries? Blueberries? Yep. Apples? Um, not so much. But, I’ve been rather addicted to smoothies lately, and berries are expensive!!! So, I’m branching out with the help of internet browsing. You can pretty much put anything in a smoothie. I’ve seen recipes with apples, carrots, cucumber, avocado, beets… It’s all been done.
I used Greek yogurt, frozen blueberries, frozen peaches, and fresh apples with a little milk to help it mix.
And my loads of spinach, of course!!!
Topped off with some chia seeds… Mmmmmm. This was delicious!!!
