Have you tried Greek yogurt? I’m a major fan, but I’m picky about the brand. I pretty much only like the Fage brand (pronounced Fah-yeh, if I’m remembering correctly). But I’ve heard good things about many other brands, so it all comes down to personal preference. You have a lot of choices out there! ANYWAY, here’s something a little different to try from Fitness Magazine when you’re craving something sweet!
- 6tablespoons fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2teaspoons honey
- 1large orange, peeled, quartered and sliced crosswise
- 4fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
Stir together the yogurt and honey. Spoon yogurt mixture over the orange slices; scatter mint on top.
