*BL Recipes* Fruit for Breakfast, Anyone?

So, I’m trying to make sure we get enough fruits and veggies. Here are some recent breakfasts:

Kids’ Breakfast

  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Banana slices
  • Crackers spread thinly with peanut butter

Yogurt Topped with Berries & Nuts

  • Non-fat Greek yogurt (Fage is the BEST brand!)
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Chopped pecans

Fruit Smoothie

  • Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Frozen blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
  • Frozen banana
  • 1 cup lowfat milk
  • 2 T honey
  • Handful of fresh spinach (I SWEAR you can’t taste it!)
This made about 2 1/2 smoothies and it was delicious!
